Ocean-front property Ocean 105 is located directly on the beach, not far from Aruba's California Lighthouse. The setting is quieter and more low-key than the High-Rise District just a few minutes down the road. A sprawling, lush patio is in the center of the property, with four apartments surrounding it.

Ocean 105's ocean view apartments are a bit over the koucou maximum rate, but the garden view apartments are not. Equally lovely, they offer easy access to a rocky stretch of coral directly in front of the property and a sandy beach just a two-minute walk away.

Aruba Beach Villas only dip into the koucou price range in the off-season, but during that time there are some affordable rates to be had indeed.

Sunset Beach Studios is located on the quiet stretch of Aruba’s main beach road just north of the high rise hotels. It's close to the beach and at some distance from the district's busy hub of casinos and chain restaurants.

The property itself is pretty, with a large, inviting pool and spacious studios, each with its own unique décor. Each studio is also equipped with a full kitchen. With a barbecue area, a pool and snorkel gear for rent in the office, Sunset Beach Studios is a good pick for independent travelers.
