Caribbean budget perfection can be found at Dasents Estate, in the middle of a green slope of Gingerland on Nevis. Dasents Estate consists of three houses—four separate units—including an old restored sugar mill. The property is surrounded by an expansive garden and acres of untouched land. There’s even a swimming pool on the premises.

Rooms are simple and colorful, decorated quite lovingly and attractively by proprietors Liz and Rob Smith, who decamped from London to convert the property to a guesthouse.
